Returns

All the shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if due to a processing error you receive a wrong product or an incomplete product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns can be:

  • If the received products are damaged, tampered, or torn
  • A difference in the products ordered and received
  • Missing pieces of the product ordered (from what is displayed on the website)

What can I return?

  • You may return any item received from Nothing Ordinary that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt
  • The item must be returned in its original condition i.e. with invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, if any, intact
  • Any item being returned must be unused, unwashed, unscratched, and unworn. Nothing Ordinary will reship the product back to the customer if the product is proven to be used, damaged, worn, soiled, scratched or even smell like fragrance.
  • Please note that custom orders or any made to order product etc cannot be returned.

Unacceptable Reasons for Returns can be:

  • If the concerns are raised after 48 hours of receiving the product(s)
  • The product to be returned has already been opened and used by the customer/buyer
  • Return request placed for reasons other than manufacturing or shipping defect

How can I claim a return?

  • The customer/buyer will need to notify us of the return request within 48 hours of receiving the product with images/pictures of the damaged product as proof for the same.
  • An investigation shall take place by the team of Nothing Ordinary to confirm the same
  • We will accept return within 15 days
  • If upon examination, the product seems to be beyond use or extremely damaged condition, we may extend you a replacement of the product.
  • If the product has minor damages, we may ask you to return the product to us and we will dispatch fresh product as a replacement for your ordered products.
  • If the product is genuinely faulty on any acceptable reasons for returns, we will initiate a refund.
  • If the product is found to be tampered with after receipt of it, return shall not be granted.

Refunds

All refunds are processed after due inspection, examination, and communication with the customers. Refunds initiated may take over 5-7 days to process and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product returned by you is noticeably damaged or used by the customer/buyer
  • The shipping address provided by the customer/buyer is incorrect
  • The user has used, washed or worn product or damaged/scratched any parts of it before returning
  • The customer/buyer fails to comply with the returns policy of the company

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The Refund request raised complies with the Return Policy
  • The product order is not available in stock with us
  • The shipping address mentioned is not serviceable by us
  • The returned product is found in good condition and within the ‘acceptable’ grounds of return by our management
  • Error in payment while placing the order

Cancellation

Any order of product(s) can be cancelled only until the payment is not made. Once the payment is processed, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Refund and Return Policy Communication

All communication pertaining to refund or return of product(s) ordered will be done via email/SMS to the customer’s registered email address. We may request pictures of the product or phone calls with the customers in extraordinary requests to resolve the issue better. Customers have the responsibility to keep track of the emails/SMS sent to them in the process of refund or return of their product(s).

Who pays for the shipping and what are the return charges?

  • Shipping is Free within India for orders above INR 1000. Any order below this amount shall include Shipping Fee to be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping Outside India is chargeable as per the address of delivery
  • The cost of return shipping and any custom fees will be the responsibility of the customer which are non-refundable.
