All products/services and information displayed on Nothing Ordinary website (www.nothingordinary.in) constitutes an “invitation to offer” and your purchase order constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement from time to time, for an indefinite period, without any obligation to inform the viewers. It is the viewer’s responsibility to stay updated with the agreement.
Product/Service Order
- Once the Order is placed, it is processed.
- It can take up to 48 hours to confirm the payment with the Bank, be it any mode of payment that you may have used.
- Once the payment is confirmed by the Bank, your order is packed and shipped
- You will receive an auto-generated email upon placing an order, and an updated email with tracking details upon shipping of the order on your registered email address with the website
- Complaints or concerns for replacement/damage of the product will be accepted within 48 hours after delivery of the product ONLY.
Nothing Ordinary might send you Emails/SMS to communicate information related to new product launches/exclusive offers/promotions/services/loyalty programs etc from time to time on your registered email address/contact details with the website. In case of any objection with such Emails/SMS, please unsubscribe or write to us at info@nothingordinary.in
Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
In the event of any customer, visitor or user of this website using the site fraudulently, Nothing Ordinary reserves the right to recover the cost of goods/services, collection charges and lawyer fees from the person. Nothing Ordinary reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such people undertaking such fraudulent use of the Site and other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Legalities
Nothing Ordinary, its founders, or employees, as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly out of decline of authorization or failure of any transaction while using the website or any of its allied products.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of products/services to the buyer once 48 hours are over after receiving the products.
Customer Support
Nothing Ordinary or its employees/executives are not responsible for any delay caused in attending or replying to any queries via chat or messages. Any communication or chat with the brand may be stored by Nothing Ordinary as reference for future use, customer would not have the right to access this information at a later date.
Shipping
All the orders placed with us are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving the orders and the subsequent payments. It may take about 3 to 7 working days for the shipped products to reach your doorstep. In some regions, the shipping period can be more dependent upon the logistics, accessibility, political, financial, and emergencies/restrictions of that region.
The customer is expected to provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested. Nothing Ordinary reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you anytime.
In the event of non-delivery on account of a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong name, phone number, address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Nothing Ordinary for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
The customer provides correct and proper address for the product ordered and at which the delivery of the product shall take place. That before placing an order, the customer has duly checked the product description and verified the addressed details carefully.
By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale included in the ‘terms and conditions’ specified on the website (www.nothingordinary.in), item’s description, and the brand’s allied presence across marketplaces and social media.
